1. Is there parking/ handicap parking available at the Baton Rouge River Center?
Yes. Parking is available in the City of Baton Rouge's parking garages located on St. Lewis Street. The parking garages can hold up to 1,300 vehicles. In addition, there are parking spots located on River Road and St. Lewis Street. Handicap parking is available in the parking garages and there is a handicap accessible drop off area in front of the Baton Rouge River Center on River Road, and on St. Lewis St. for events in the Theatre.
2. How do I find out about room capacities?

3. Is smoking permitted in the Baton Rouge River Center?
No. The Baton Rouge River Center is a public facility therefore smoking is prohibited.
4. If my event is being held at the Baton Rouge River Center, how would I go about obtaining photos of the facility, or a Baton Rouge River Center logo for use on my collateral materials?

5. Why can't I have a price quoted over the phone?
Every event is unique. The Baton Rouge River Center makes sure that the specific needs of an event are taken into account. Once those needs are established a cost estimate is constructed for your event.

7. Why do I have to fill out a Facility Application Form when all I am looking for are available dates?
Filling out the Facility Application Form is the first of many steps in the booking process at the Baton Rouge River Center. By filling out the form you establish your events specific needs. Our Events Department is then able to find the perfect dates and venue for your event.
8. Do you have non-for-profit rates?
No. We do not have rates for non-profit organizations.
