The Baton Rouge River Center box office hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 10:00am to 5:00pm with extended hours on event days.

The box office is located on the first floor of the arena facing River Road. Will Call is open to the public during normal box office hours as well as two hours prior to an event. Will Call for theater events will be available in the lobby of the Theater for Performing Arts one hour prior to the event. Customers must present valid ID when picking up tickets.

Payment accepted at box office:

• For BRRC events: Visa, Mastercard, Discover or cash
• For non-BRRC events: cash only

Seating is available for wheelchair users.
